1) Oil separation core failure of screw air compressor

The oil core separator serves to separate the compressed air and oil within the device. If the oil core separation is unsuccessful, the following two scenarios will occur:

a) The oil core of the screw air compressor is clogged, which increases the operating resistance of the compressor, increases energy consumption, and results in high temperature of the unit.

After the air compressor is clogged, it can be cleaned, but if it is serious, the oil core should be replaced.

b) The oil core of the screw air compressor is broken or will rupture, which will lead to increased fuel consumption and oil temperature, resulting in an increase in exhaust temperature. At this time, the oil core should be replaced in time.

2) The screw air compressor oil filter is clogged

The function of the oil filter is to filter metal particles, impurities, etc. in the compressor oil to clean the oil entering the main engine, thereby protecting the operation of the main engine. If the exhaust temperature is too high after blockage, the service life of the oil and oil core will be shortened. If the original function of the oil core is not restored after cleaning, it should be replaced in time.

3) The pressure valve is blocked

The function of the small pressure valve is to ensure the normal lubrication of the unit components when the compressor is started; to maintain the oil pressure at a small pressure value to achieve the best separation effect of oil and gas, thereby reducing the oil content in the exhaust gas; to prevent the compressed air from stopping when the car or machine time to flow back. If the valve is clogged and cannot be opened or opened, the pressure inside the oil barrel will increase, energy consumption will be high, and the exhaust temperature will also increase. It can be repaired or replaced if it becomes clogged.

4) The oil cut-off valve is blocked. The oil cut-off valve of the screw air compressor plays the role of connecting the oil circuit system and smoothing the oil circuit circulation during the operation of the unit. When the oil cut-off valve cannot be opened or cannot be opened, it will cause the lubricating oil to leak. Unable to enter the nose smoothly. This will cause the unit to generate high temperatures due to insufficient oil return, causing the exhaust temperature to rise.
